Somatics and Movement Medicine
So this is the ultimate of both modalities that I teach. We will move for a full hour on the the floor in somatic movement, finding deep rest and ever so slowly bring that into the dance so that one can integrate into the other. With the body and heart fully online and giving permission to the dancer to move and follow what is innate in us and what is present in that moment.
The cost is 35 euro
Please wear warm comfortable clothing and bring a blanket for comfort and whatever else you might need.

Making even more space for the heart
We had our first ‘Making space for the heart’ on Jan 30th and it was a great success. It is impossible for me to resist to the urge to continue with this theme. We will work lying on the front for the first part, exploring the chest bone. Then we will come to standing, walk, share if there is the will. Very often at this point people are enjoying being in themselves and quiet and don’t yet have the impulse to share. We will come straight back to the floor for more ease, nourishment and heart care.
