Onboarding emails
Over the coming days and weeks, you’ll be receiving a few emails from me with a subject line starting with ‘Movement is Medicine’. That’s how you’ll know they’re from this Starter Kit.
These will have five minute exercises, tools and tips to help you integrate the lessons into your daily life and get as much from the content as possible. You’ll also get to learn a bit more about me and my story. These emails will be short, simple, clear and I hope, useful for you.

The Ripple effect
This journey begins with the curious mind. The very nature of this curiosity builds connection in and through the body leading into our world of innate, internal wisdom. A resource always available to us when we know how to feel into it.
Then we move it, whether through dance, somatic movement or in life and this is the beginning of integrating it, of letting it move through you, creating more space inside to feel, to dance, to live from.
And all of this deserves to be celebrated. And the circles continue with more curiosity, more awakening, more connection.
Somatic Movement
This video is a 10 minute intro to Somatic Movement. The how and why of it. Enjoy this with a cup of tea and see if it grabs your curiosity and you want to step further into the experience.
The Audio Lesson
Comfort is the name of the game with these lessons, the optimal place where learning can take place so set yourself up with a mat or rug witha blanket on top of the mat and a folded towel for under your head if you need it. Wear warm loose clothing. your temperature might drop as a result of being in this ‘rest and digest’ state, so take care to stay warm.

Movement Medicine, the Dance
This video is a 7 minute intro into Movement Medicine and a guide to set up before playing the audio below to rest into the rhythm of where the body and soul meet music.
The Audio Lesson
This is a 40 min dance and you need a clear space, it doesn’t need to be big but a clear space is for safety and ease in the nervous system. This is a great thing to do to bring you into creative mode so if you have a project to get stuck into, this is a beautiful way to start
